Guidelines for Submitting Work

The Gallery at Chesterfield Arts is committed to showcasing the talent of artists from our region.

We present 6 to 7 exhibitions per year in a variety of media, normally showcasing a group of artists in each exhibition. Chesterfield Arts also presents regional artists in exhibits at the Sachs Branch of the St. Louis County Library. 

If you are interested in submitting your work for consideration in an upcoming exhibit, please submit the following:

  1. 3-5 digital images that best represent your body of work (on CD, 300 dpi, sized no larger than approximately 5x5 inches)
  2. Cover Letter
  3. Resume (Word doc or PDF, on CD)
  4. Artist Statement (Word doc or PDF, on CD)
  5. Image List (including title, year, size, and medium; Word doc or PDF, on CD)
  6. Copies of any reviews

Chesterfield Arts reviews work in this manner on an ongoing basis. However, because of the volume of submissions, it may take several months for a reply. Please do not send original works of art.  Please contact Heather Woodson with any additional questions.
