Christy Martin

Christy Martin is a St. Louis area native who has a passion for bringing to the eyes of the viewer the beauty that surrounds us everyday. She is a photographer specializing in landscapes and portraiture. Even as a child she remembers seeing an interesting scene and thinking, “that would make a great picture.” Now that she has spent some time behind the lens, she says she literally sees pictures everywhere. "Whether it is a landscape bathed in light, a dandelion wet with dew, or the smile of a newborn baby, I hope that what I see through the lens of my camera brings a feeling of peace and serenity in an otherwise hectic world. It is very rewarding to have my clients come to me and tell me how much they are enjoying my art." Her art includes a variety ranging from original views of the city and arch, the rolling hills of Missouri wine country, to architectural and abstracts - there is a variety for just about anyone.
